SDL Nobel LLC continues to improve its expertise by hiring about 80 employees for fabrication activities and 60 technicians for offshore operations. The recruited staff brings international experience earned from SDL Denholm Limited.

SDL Nobel is a joint venture company between Denholm Oilfield Services and Nobel Oil Services (UK), providing offshore and onshore fabrication services to the oil and gas industry. The services SDL Nobel renders cover fabrication and site installation, inspection of fabricated materials, pressure testing of fabricated materials, etc. One of the recently awarded projects of SDL Nobel is the fabrication and installation of new Produced Water facilities on the DWG platform for Worley Parsons.
Enerso Jabrayil Signed Key Agreements to Accelerate Clean Energy Transition
We are pleased to announce that on June 2, during Baku Energy Week, Enerso Jabrayil signed several key agreements—a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), a Transmission Connection Agreement (TCA), a Land Lease Agreement, and a Balancing Agreement. These agreements are part of the framework established under the Investment Agreement signed with the Ministry of Energy on April 4, 2025, for the development of the 50 MW ‘Ufug’ (Horizon) Solar Power Plant in the Jabrayil district.
