Women Empowerment Programme

Since the outset of our business, challenging gender stereotypes and actuating inclusion in our organisation have been among our top priorities. To this end, we have designed and delivered a number of training programmes and promotional campaigns.  

Nobel Energy Women Empowerment Programme (NEWEP) – to support professional development of our female leaders – we launched this year, is one of those initiatives. 

NEWEP is aimed to help our female employees to bring their full potential to light and achieve further personal and professional growth. 

The programme is delivered by a seasoned people and culture expert. 

Throughout an 8-week period, female employees are provided professional support in understanding their aspirations and development needs, and equipping them with the right tools to build and advance their career.
